Summer Breakfast




Summer time is fun and living should be easy. So make a breakfast that is both fun and easy.

In a muffin pan, layer slices of ham. Add a teaspoon of onion dip. Beat 3 eggs and add 1/4 c. milk. Use salt and white pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture into the ham cup. Egg will fill the cup. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake into a nice cup form. Bake about 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with applesauce muffins and beverage.
Pour lemon aid into the glass. Slowly add the ice tea. The affect will be a conversation peice as you eat out by the pool.
